The apartment features two cozy bedrooms, both with two single beds, offering flexibility for families or friends. One of the rooms includes air conditioning and opens onto a balcony, ideal for enjoying some fresh air.

The living room is perfect for downtime, with a comfy sofa bed, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. On cooler evenings, unwind by the fireplace or step out to your private balcony for a relaxed meal.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

Cook up anything from quick bites to full meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee machine.

Both bathrooms a bathtub and shower - one of them is en suite.

Take full advantage of the 4 pools, open year-round, as well as children’s pools and comfortable sun loungers.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00 and of 50€ after 00:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 10am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium.
￫ The Resort has access control to the facilities. All guests must wear a (reusable) wristband, which gives access to the facilities. Each wristband costs 20€ in cases of loss.
￫ Nigh time in person assistance due to issues unimputable to the property will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.
- Late Check-In Fee.: 25€ after 22h00 and 50€ after 00:00.
- Late Check-Out Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.
- Early Check-In Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.


CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.


OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 35€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited.
￫ Night trips due to problems beyond the control of the property will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
