Lakota Northwoods 305 is a custom mountain home that's perched across from Winter Park Resort that boasts some of the best views in the neighborhood. Featuring three bedrooms across three levels, this home is the perfect gathering place for your next Winter Park vacation.
Step into Lakota Northwoods 305 and your breath will be taken away at the stunning vistas of the slopes, just across the valley. Once you settle into the plush living room and warm up by the fire after a fun day on the slopes and trails, you're never going to want to leave. The open living room leads into the fully updated kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances and seating for three at the breakfast bar. Move your group over to the large eight person dining room table when it's time to come together for a meal or head outside to the main level deck to cook al fresco and soak in the cool mountain air.
When you're ready to rest easy, the Primary Queen Suite is ready and waiting on the upper level. Featuring sweeping views and hotel-style luxury linens, we promise you'll have a great night's sleep in this Suite. The ensuite bathroom features an over sized walk-in shower, private powder room, and dual vanities. Head downstairs for the additional bedrooms including another Queen Suite with back patio access, a Bunk Room Suite with two sets of Twin over Full bunks, and a small sleeping nook with a custom built-in Twin over Queen bunk. Finally, make sure to enjoy the very private, bubbling hot tub that's accessed on the level from the Queen Suite. Trust me, your muscles will thank you!
Additional amenities include remote check-in, keyless entry, one car heated garage, gar grill, patio seating with deck heaters, gear storage in the mud room, private washer & dryer, X-box, high-chair, and DVD player.
Sleeping Arrangements: Primary Queen Suite on the upper level, additional Queen Suite on the lower level, Bunk Room Suite with two sets of Twin/Full bunks on the lower level, and sleeping nook with Twin over Queen + Twin Trundle. Sleeps up to 12 guests.
