Downstairs is a great apartment with a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a large sleeping area. With a great covered carport and large driveway this property offers plenty of parking for your boats, and trailers.

Great location and perfect home for a large family. Fairly clean only exception would be the Mold growing on ceiling and walls in downstairs bathroom. Likely from being closed up and lack of circulation. Several of the sinks and shower drains running slow and seemed clogged. Other than that everything good! Easy to access and property management company easy to reach and quick with responses.

Our getaway was very much needed and we so enjoyed ourselves.

The home was so nice. It was peaceful and quiet. Our granddaughter even enjoyed herself with fishing. Drove into South Padre for a day and the drive was nice. I would definitely recommend this house. Beautiful home inside and out
