Initially designed in the late 19th century, inspired by the grand boulevards of Paris, particularly the Champs-Élysées, Avenida da Liberdade became a symbol of modernization and prosperity in Lisbon. The avenue is lined with impressive architecture, including historic buildings, luxury hotels, and cultural landmarks!

Situated on the 5th floor with elevator access and free parking (for cars with a maximum height of 1.90m), you’ll be able to relax and explore Lisbon with ease.

The Space

- Living Room: A spacious, inviting living room with comfortable sofas, a dining table, and a lovely balcony where you can unwind after a day of exploring.

- Bedrooms: Two cozy bedrooms — one with a double bed (140cm x 200cm) and another with two single beds — both featuring air conditioning for your comfort.

- Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including an oven, electric stove, dishwasher, and coffee machine (coffee not included).

- Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms, each with a shower. Please note there is a step to enter both bathrooms, so please be mindful of this.

Important Information to Know:

- Bathrooms: Both bathrooms have a step to enter, which could be a consideration if you or someone in your group has mobility concerns.

- Parking: Free parking is available for cars up to 1.90m tall. If your vehicle exceeds this height, nearby parking options are available.

- City Noise: The central location means you might hear some street noise, especially in busier parts of the day, adding to the vibrant energy of the area.

- Construction works: Maintenance and repairs works in the building's common areas.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.
- Late check-in: Please inform us in advance. Subject to an extra fee of 25€.

CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.

OTHER RULES.:
- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbours are prohibited.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
