Good location for me . Close to Fitzroy but far enough away to have some peace. Quiet spot. Lovely park nearby, Edinburgh Gardens. A nice run along the creek to Ceres. Can walk in to the city but there are plenty or trams that go direct and are cheap. Apartment has everything you need.
