House rules You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply: - No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am - No parties or antisocial behaviour - No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval - No smoking is allowed at any times - If you break something, please let us know - To help protect all floor coverings, do not wear any shoes inside the property Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police. IMPORTANT: - Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund. - Any stays with pets will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200. Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following: - Please leave all beds unmade - Please clean up your dishes and put them away - In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location - Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins - Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed. - Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind. Nearby boat ramp (make sure you turn left straightaway in the water and follow the only deep channel off the ramp, which runs around the edge past the caravan park). Lovely spot to paddleboard. Close to multiple supermarkets (via nearby public bus ride, easy bike ride along bike path, long walk or short drive). House has nice outdoor undercover areas if raining.

Host has claimed two weeks after our stay that a bath that we never used has been holed and water damage resulted. This is a spurious claim and an attempt to extort money for a false claim. Under these circumstances I would, in the strongest possible terms, NOT RECOMMEND renting this property under ANY circumstances.

Comfortable home

The house was perfectly appointed, extremely clean and was in an excellent location. Furniture and beds were also comfortable. The inside was wonderful, shame they neglected the outdoor space. The yard was a lovely size, shame they hadn’t mowed the 1 metre high grass. Neither had the bins been emptied, which meant they were overflowing on our last day. The outside solar lights were laying on the grass (hubby had to rehang them). The wifi code was incorrect, which we rectified ourselves. We did inform the management , they got the lawn mowed after 2 days, but the bins were never emptied. Their communication was slow, even though they say they are 24 hours. A few things were missing to make it a little easier in the house and these are suggestions. Hooks behind doors for bath towels, fix the clock for the correct time (tried a battery), anchor the tv to the wall, we would be concerned about the safety if there were children. We were a family of 4 adults over 55 years old. Overall we would return, provided the above was taken care of.

Ich habe vor Kurzem im Ferienhaus „Coastal Refuge“ mit drei Schlafzimmern übernachtet und es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Die Klimaanlage sorgte an den heißen Tagen für angenehme Kühle, und der Garten lud abends zum Entspannen ein. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, sodass die Zubereitung der Mahlzeiten problemlos vonstatten ging.
