Important Information for Guests



To ensure a safe stay and in compliance with Portuguese legislation, all guests must present their identification documents at the time of check-in. This procedure is mandatory and serves exclusively for registration with the competent authorities.



Additionally, it is informed that a municipal tourist tax is applied, in the amount of €2 per guest, per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. This tax is mandatory for all guests aged 13 years or older.



Also be informed that exterior painting work is underway on the building (does not affect your balcony or view, since that part has already been painted). This will only affect you access to the pool which will not be accessible until painting is finished in the remaining area of the building. We do provide a card that gives you free entrance is several beaches in Funchal, including Ponta Gorda Beach (5 minutes walking distance) and Lido Beach (10 minutes walking distance).
