The studio is set in one of Porto’s most authentic and central areas, surrounded by cobbled streets, traditional cafés, and centuries of history. From here, you can easily walk to São Bento Station, Sé Cathedral, Rua das Flores, or Clérigos Tower, all within minutes.

This is the perfect starting point to discover the essence of Porto: the tiled facades, local bakeries serving warm pastries, and viewpoints that open over the Douro River. Restaurants, wine bars, and boutique shops fill the nearby streets, giving the neighborhood a lively yet local atmosphere, day and night.

The apartment is perfectly located for exploring Porto on foot. São Bento Metro and Train Stations are just 4–6 minutes away, offering easy access to the airport and all parts of the city.

From here, you can walk to most landmarks: Sé Cathedral (5 min), Santo Ildefonso Church (5 min), Clérigos Tower (11 min), and the Batalha Funicular (4 min), which connects you to Ribeira and the riverfront.

Public transport, taxis, and ride-share options are all nearby, but you’ll likely enjoy walking - every street around the Palácio da Marquesa reveals a bit more of Porto’s charm.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
