Feel at home in this beautifully decorated fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with screened in lanai overlooking complex lightly used pool. 3 miles from America's #1 beach on beautiful Siesta Key. 2nd floor unit of 2 floors with easy direct single stair case.
Recently furnished with 80% brand new contents including linens and window dressings etc. New condo for us with no clutter, spotless with all the amenities of a comfortable home. Our condo offers two large bedrooms with full baths, a comfortable living room, dining area. Cable TV in living room and master bedroom, Wi-fi, laundry, lightly used complex pool steps from Condo. Pool is not heated in the winter months but pool area is open to enjoy the sun and lounge.. Fully equipped kitchen with all the conveniences of home. Unit has a screened-in lanai that is great for fresh air dining, morning coffee and entertaining. All necessary linens are provided. Condo has beach chairs, coolers (large and small), beach umbrella, tools etc.
Unit has one reserved parking spot with additional guest parking available first come first serve.

Great location with stores and restaurants abound. Attentive and responsive owners who's primary concern is your comfort and enjoyment.

Fantastic

We had a great time in Sarasota! The condo was t Extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped. Had everything we needed, even for the beach. Michael was a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Clean , enjoyed the pool. Decor some what dated brighter curtain would make a big difference , overall enjoyed our stay.

Amazing vacation

Thank you so much for letting me and my family stay in your amazing condo . Everything about it was perfect! Great view. Incredible adorable home with great amenities that was provided. Very clean!!! The location was ideal and convenient to go anywhere .. Siesta keys is the spot to be. Thanks for all the recommendations. MYAKKA STATE PARK was beautiful and the gator tour was incredible!! We highly recommend staying here!!!! We will be back. thanks again for a vacation of a lifetime full of amazing memories.

Why they chose this property

Great location close to the beach, grocery stores, shops, Siesta Key, downtown Sarasota. Short drive to Lido Key and Venice Beach. This is a great Florida area. Safe and reasonable traffic area.
