features a large master bedroom with walk-in closet, double sink bathroom vanity, an extended living room/family room, inside laundry room, and a screened-enclosed lanai. The open kitchen is equipped with all the pots, pans, cups, glasses and utensils you need.

Relax in the rear lanai with the view of a peaceful pond abound with wildlife. This unit comes with a covered 1-car parking space (carport) .

The resort like amenities of the Ashton Lakes Community include two heated swimming pools, clubhouse, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and beautifully-maintained and manicured grounds. Ashton Lakes is connected to the Merchants Mart shopping center, consisting of CVS, Ace hardware, beauty parlor, restaurants and the famous Detwiler's Farm Market.!

Delightful Winter!

Thanks to this lovely vacation retreat I had a delightful winter. No cold or snow to contend with. It is well appointed and has a lovely lay out. I especially liked the convenience of the location and enjoyed the friendliness of the complex. Any issues that arose were immediately attended to making this deserved grade of A+.
