Casita with spacious private garden and jacuzzi

This beautiful casita, recently renovated, is situated on the owner's finca, completely detached. The spacious garden offers plenty of privacy and is a wonderful place to relax. There are several seating areas and a covered terrace with a comfortable lounge area, and a gas barbecue is ready for use. A pizza stone and paella pan complete the picture. The casita is accessible from the parking lot via a private entrance, which is illuminated in the evening.

A luxurious jacuzzi is ready for use in the garden. In the summer, it can be used as a plunge pool to cool off, and of course, you can also enjoy the bubbling. It's a wonderful place to relax during the winter months, even on colder days and evenings.

The casita has a large bedroom with a double bed and a sturdy bunk bed. Ideal for couples or a family with two children. There is also a sofa bed in the living area. Both rooms have air conditioning for cooling and heating. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a small air fryer.

The new bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, lovely soft towels, and towels for the jacuzzi and beach.

The casita can accommodate up to four guests (one double bed and two children or adults on the sofa bed or bunk beds).
