The outdoor areas are a real highlight. The garden offers sunny and shaded spots, a fire pit, trampoline and bicycles for active days outdoors.



One terrace features a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with induction hob, grill, wok burner and pizza oven, as well as hot water and a mini fridge – perfect for outdoor cooking.



The surrounding area offers appealing holiday qualities. The beach is about 1 kmaway and easily reached on foot or by bike, ideal for swimming and seaside relaxation.



Nature invites walking and cycling, and restaurants can be found within 1.5 km, creating a good balance between tranquillity and convenience.
