City Center Apartment With Shaded Terrace
Our goal is that you feel as if you were in a 5-star hotel.
We have totally renovated the apartment and equipped it with all the details and commodities. High-speed internet, smart tv, and Netflix.
A wonderful terrace with a kitchen where to relax or enjoy a barbecue.
It is in the heart of the city, walking distance to most tourist attractions.
The apartment has been completely renovated in summer 2016, it has a large terrace fully equipped to enjoy the sun and nights of Valencia. The terrace has parasols sofas, dining table and a kitchen area with barbecue. On the ground floor lounge, a kitchen and a toilet is located. The kitchen is fully equipped, not lack of anything to cook. The lounge is very comfortable and cozy, here you can recharge your batteries. On the first floor, the apartment has two magnificent rooms with en-suite bathroom, one of which has a small terrace. Bed linen and towels are top quality.
The apartment has no common areas, all areas are exclusively for guests. In the living room, you will find a Smart TV with a keyboard, connected to the Internet and cable TV. WI-FI throughout the house.
This apartment is located on a quiet street in the heart of the city, which puts its historic sights and other attractions within easy reach. Some of the best restaurants are just an easy stroll away, while the riverside is an ideal place for a run.
Since the apartment is in the city center, shopping, restaurant, museums and entertainment is within walking distance. If you want to go further, you can move by bus to any of the many stops there are a few meters. If yours is the taxi, less than 100m you have a taxi rank. The subway is 250m away.
