30 m2, with living room, work area, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom upstairs. Lots of natural light, warmth of the wood, 25m2 terrace to relax (deckchairs), table and chairs, parking space in a land of more than 2,000 m2 in nature. Calm down and enjoy.
Close to Bilbao (15"), the beach (Gorliz, Bakio, Sopelana) and San Juan de Gaztelugatxe. 7 minutes from the airport.

Guest access
The property is very large; the rental area is about 2,000 m2.
It's a two levels tiny house inspired by a yurt, with a terrace. The wooden terrace also surrounds the entire building, which is made up of another larger yurt that serves as a casual gathering space. So the terrace actually measures over 250 m2.
There's a mound that delimits the visual and physical space from the house we live in. You can't see us, and we can't see you.
There's a wooden step walkway that connects the yurts to our house. It's a private passageway, not for guest use.
On the other side is the access path from the road and a large green field.

Other things to note
We welcome your pets (request under consultation) and would love to meet them if they are clean, well-behaved, and obedient. It's best to keep dogs on a leash so they don't run away.
We have cats.
