This delightful 3 bedroom property is located in a quiet area of the park. It is on a sunny plot offering three bedrooms; a master with double bed and ensuite cloakroom, two twin bedded rooms and a family shower room. The property has double glazing and gas central heating.
The living area is open plan with kitchen, dining and seating and there are patio doors that lead out onto the decking. The lounge has a large sofa and a 'snuggle chair' which is a great place to sit and watch the 43-inch flat screen smart TV.
Towels and linen are provided but we ask that you bring your own beach/pool towels. Sandhills Holiday Park has a pool with loungers and deck chairs. Inside the clubhouse you will find a bar and a small gym. There is also a children's play area.
Parking is available outside the main Reception building and has EV charging facilities.
It is less than a minute's walk to the gate leading to the Avon Beach promenade.
The Avon Beach promenade links Mudeford Quay with Avon Beach. To the left is Avon Beach with the Noisy Lobster Restaurant, the Lobster Catch for takeaway fish and chips and a lovely beach. To the right is a short walk to Mudeford Quay, Haven House Inn and Cafe, local fish stall and ferry.
The ferry takes you across to Mudeford Spit where you can explore the famous Hengistbury Head and nature reserve. Hengistbury Head is famous for the most expensive beach huts in the UK.
From the Mudeford Spit pontoon you can also take the river ferry up to Tuckton Bridge towards the historic town of Christchurch. There is lots to explore there from the Priory, riverside walks, shops and the many tea rooms. Christchurch is also only a couple of miles away by car.
Further afield there is the New Forest with little villages such as Lymington, Burley, Brockenhurst and many more.
