NOTE:

· The homestay is located 33 km from Dehradun.

· From the parking area, there is a short 150 -metre downhill walk to reach the property. Please note: this may not be suitable for elderly guests or those with orthopedic issues.

· Meals are not included in the tariff.

· Please note: the projector setup is weather-dependent.

· Toiletries are not provided – guests are requested to carry their own.

· Any damage to the property must be compensated by the guests.

· Returning guests are eligible for a 10% discount on the total bill.

· A refundable security deposit of INR 5,000/- is to be handed over to the caretaker at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded in full at check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. In case of any damage, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the deposit.

· Please note : We will not be held responsible for any issues you may face during your stay that arise from natural calamities or circumstances beyond our control.

. Pets are allowed in the property for a nominal charge of Rs 400/- per pet. We request you to carry their own blankets &beds & not give them the blankets we provide for your use! Due to hilly terrain and lots of open spaces , your pet should be under strict monitoring all the time .
