The location of this property was excellent and suited our needs perfectly. We were a party of six and made full use of all five bedrooms. The home was very quiet, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, and other essentials, making meal preparation easy. One thing we did notice was that there were no paper towels provided, which would have been helpful for a group our size. A small welcome packet with tea, coffee, or basic supplies would also have been a nice touch, although I understand that not all hosts provide this. There were a few areas that could be improved. With six adults, the living room seating was somewhat limited—the sofa and two small chairs weren’t enough for everyone to comfortably relax and watch TV together. The downstairs bedroom would benefit from some type of privacy shade or window covering separating it from the breezeway. Additionally, the small ensuite bathroom lacked a mirror, which was inconvenient.Since the property is currently for sale, I’m not sure how much investment is planned, but it would also be helpful to have a local guide with restaurant recommendations, attractions, and activities for guests.Overall, the property met our needs and provided a comfortable stay. However, if traveling with a similar group in the future, I would likely look for accommodations that offer more common-area seating and a few additional amenities.
