Our lovely single villa is located in Lignano Pineta, near the Hemingway Park, at about 800mt from the beach. The property features a private fenced garden, a bright living and dining area, a separate kitchenette, one double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a third bedroom with one single bed, and a renovated bathroom with shower. It can host up to 5 guests. The house is equipped with a washing machine, TV, and a garage. *A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).*The property is not equipped with sheets, towels, blankets and linen in general.°Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours.
