The bujee beach house was awesome! We have stayed in a lot of houses on Crystal beach over the last 20 years. What made this place so special was the hostess Tracy!! She was amazing. She brought me a bouquet of flowers and a bottle of wine for Mother’s Day. We had a couple issues (didnt know where the chemicals for the hot tub were and the power went out on the street for a bit) she was on top of the situation in a heart beat! The place was spectacularly clean when we arrived and everything was convenient to use. We will most definitely be renting with anyone who has Tracy as their hostess!

Thank you for sharing your rating. While we are always open to feedback, we are genuinely surprised by this score. We would like to clarify for future guests that our team remained in constant communication, providing clear, step-by-step instructions and full availability to ensure a seamless arrival. The delay and difficulty experienced during check-in were unfortunately due to instructions not being reviewed prior to arrival and the procedure not being followed as outlined. Since all of our systems and services functioned flawlessly throughout your stay and no other issues were reported, we trust you otherwise had a pleasant experience in our accommodation.
