The Villa is located within a large estate of about 650 hectares, 15 km from the sea.
Since the early 90s the property has carried out an extensive restoration project which began with the renovation of 11 houses that once were the houses of the farmers who cultivated the company land.
The house has a beautiful dominant position but retains a cosy feel, and has a private 4- sided infinity pool that measures 10 x 4 m, depth 145 cm. The pool can be heated on request.
The house has a private garden and a functional BBQ with a pizza oven.
The house consists of a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, sofas and tv, a raised area with kitchen and dining area which has direct access to the garden and porch, large wrought iron and stone table, sunbathing area around the pool with sun loungers, chairs and umbrellas.
The house has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a double room, with direct access from the garden.
The other 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, two doubles and one with 4 single beds.
All rooms have mosquito nets, and high-speed wifi connection on the ground floor.

ACCOMODATION PRICES: please note the above prices are referrend to the use of the villa as "Holiday House". In case of different uses included events the price will be personalised.

ENERGY COST: ** the energy price, gas and electricity, could be modified depending of the energy price at the moment of the stay
WATER CONSUMPTION: In case of water problems in the area the Society could fix a limit of water consumption considered included. Over this limit the consumption will be an extra cost to be paid at the end of the holiday period at the price € 5,00/m3. We will calculate a sufficient amount of water to cover normal consumption for a normal holiday stay. This is to avoid water wastage.
CLEANING: the final period cleaning it is compulsory. In case of stays longer then 1 week the other cleanigs are not compulsory but upon request. In case of long stays we will deliver fresh sheets and towels at the end of each week of stay.
WI-FI: free of charge. The wifi connection is just in the living room of each villa.
SWIMMING POOLS: swimming pools are closed in winter, low and mid-low season. In low and mid season could be sometimes opened and an extra fee will be asked. Preventive just upon request. The eventual heating is always an extra and switch on upon request. We need at least 4 weeks notice prior to arrival date to open and 2 weeks to heat the swimming pools. Services are not availables for last minute bookings ( less then 3 weeks before arrival).

** Cancellations made within 181 days before the start of the stay: no penalties, the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations for any reason between 180 days and 61 days before the beginning of the booked period: 30% penalty.
Cancellations received from the 60th day prior to the first day of the booked period: 100% penalty.
