3 Royal Oak court is a beautifully presented property in a lovely quiet area but within easy access of the town centre where you will find historic sites, local shops and eateries, museums and more. Just a short stroll from The Highland Park Distillery. You can enjoy the convenience of being close to all the must see sites, but retire to a quiet area to unwind and relax after a busy day exploring.
The garden to the rear of the property is sheltered with high walls and the side of the house, providing a sun trap, perfect for an evening glass of wine.
The property has a large driveway.
