House in a village with hot springs 20 minutes away from Barcelona

Information about the property—PGJyPg—I bought this house, built in 1862, in 2015 and completely renovated it. Located in the historic centre of Caldes de Montbui, a 20-minute drive from Barcelona. Sleeps 4 or 5 people. Decorated with modern touches and equipped with all amenities. Very fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi. Just a stone’s throw from all necessary amenities: supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. The bus station is a 7-minute walk away, with a direct connection to Barcelona via the E9 highway.

The Space
A 90 m² townhouse spread over 3 floors. Located in a pedestrian-only area with no vehicle traffic—very quiet. The living-dining room and open kitchen are on the ground floor. A spiral staircase leads to the second floor, where you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom (divided into a shower area and a toilet area). Upstairs is the double bedroom with two single beds and an anteroom with a sofa bed and a work area.

Amenities and Common Areas
Since one of my main hobbies is cooking and I really enjoy doing it, I offer my guests the opportunity to cook a meat paella over an open fire and take it home (additional cost of 12 € per person). Options: meat, fish (+ 3 € per person), or vegetarian.
