Our newly renovated home is available; short to medium term accommodation.
3 freshly painted bedrooms with fan in 2 bedrooms, 1 new central bathroom with double shower, open plan lounge, dining kitchen, air-conditioning and wood heating.
I work night shifts as disability worker, I have a caravan behind garage I use if shift change at all. Fence asap
New porch for afternoon winter sun. Large fully secured yard where your dog is welcome
The space

1 newly renovated bathroom with bath linen and shampoo conditioner.
Open plan fully equipped kitchen, with microwave air fryer and utensils
Lounge dining with fireplace and large lounge.
New front deck with a roof to be installed soon.
Shared backyard until a fence installation August 2025
Guest access
Keys will be left on the front veranda under the chair.
Lights will be left on out the front to help with location. Driveway parking.
Be aware, front porch can be slippery in icy conditions.
Other things to note
There is a dividing fence going up around the garage area in August 2025. I have a caravan stored at the rear of the property that is private property. I usually work night shifts disability work, so if my shift changes with your stay, I stay at a friends or sleep and get my office work done in the caravan. I intend to not disturb you at all if I need to use the caravan.
