The bright open-plan living area is very practical, featuring a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed for one extra guest, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a dining area.

The bedroom includes a comfortable 160x200 double bed, wardrobe space, and soft bedside lighting for a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom is modern and well-designed, with a walk-in rain shower, wash basin, and WC.

Outdoor Areas

The main balcony offers a pleasant spot to enjoy views over Paleros town, with the sea visible in the distance — ideal for morning coffee or easygoing evenings.

There is also a second, smaller balcony with open sea views, perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset.

A shared parking space for one car is available, with additional street parking nearby.
