Important Information Before Your Stay
The apartment is located directly by the seaside and is easily accessible by car. It is situated on the 8th floor of the building, with elevator access available for your convenience.
Waste Disposal
Public waste containers are available on the street outside the building. Alternatively, you may leave your waste inside the apartment at check-out, and our housekeeping team will take care of it.
Air Conditioning
As shown in the listing photos, air conditioning is not available in every room. Currently, the living room AC is operational, while the bedroom unit is temporarily out of service.
Boiler
The boiler pressure may occasionally decrease and require a quick manual adjustment. The process is simple and usually takes less than a minute. Instructions can be provided if needed.
ID Registration
All guests are required to complete ID registration before arrival. This process must be finalized before check-in, so please submit the necessary information in advance to avoid delays or difficulties upon arrival.
Water Supply
Please be aware that İzmir is currently experiencing regional water supply limitations. As a result, scheduled or temporary water interruptions may occasionally occur. These interruptions are outside the property's control, and we appreciate your understanding.
