**House Rules**
1. **Check-in and Check-out**
- Check-in time: From 3:00 PM.
- Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM.
- If you need to modify these times, please contact us in advance.
2. **Number of Guests**
- The accommodation is reserved for the number of people specified in the booking.
- Additional visitors or parties are not allowed.
3. **Respect for the Neighborhood**
- Respect the peaceful environment, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM).
- Avoid making loud noises.
4. **Use of Facilities**
- Please take care of the furniture, appliances, and other equipment.
- Report any damages or issues immediately during your stay.
- Towels and bed linens are for use within the accommodation only.
5. **Cleanliness and Waste**
- Keep the accommodation clean and tidy.
- Dispose of trash in appropriate containers following recycling guidelines.
- If you use the kitchen, leave everything clean after use.
