FLH Classy & Modern apartment in Cascais

Located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, very close (15 minutes on foot) to the historic center of Cascais, and with free public parking, you couldn't choose a better place to enjoy your holidays or your business trip.

The apartment is located on the ground floor which is at the level of the 1st floor, as there are some steps to access the building from the street and a few more steps after entering the building to the apartment door. These are not difficult stairs for those with reduced mobility or baby carriages.

When you enter the apartment, a wide and bright hall area with a desk, connects the living room, the dining area and the kitchen. It is a large and open space, with a very comfortable leisure area with TV and a sofa, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has a balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy an outdoor meal or simply relax. The kitchen is totally equipped.

On the other side of the house is the bedroom area. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and has an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The other bedroom has two single beds, side by side. There is another complete bathroom with walk-in shower that supports this room.



The whole house has double glazing, air conditioning and electric shutters, and the internet connection is fiber.

The neighborhood where the apartment is located is very calm and friendly, there are cafes, restaurants, supermarket within a radius of 500 meters. The historic center of Cascais is 1km away, about 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. Parking in the area is public and free.



NOTE: a security deposit of 300€ in cash will be charged by our team at the check-in. It will be returned on the check-out day (or the day before) after a thourough inspection of the property.



A confirmation voucher will be sent to your e-mail with all the important details about your reservation and Feels Like Home additional services.

Guests will be contacted by our team until 3 days before the check-in. Arrivals from 20:00 (8pm) to 24:00 (00am), a late check-in fee of EUR 30 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in). Arrivals from 24:00 (00am) to 07:00 (07am), a late check-in fee of EUR 50 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in).

All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.

Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid in cash at the check-in.

All the remaining payments must be made in cash.

Transfer Service - We can provide a transfer service for an additional cost.

Amenities - We provide toilet paper and shampoo only for the first day.

Baby Friendly - We can provide a baby travel bed upon request.
