Heroismo Duplex Terrace I

Located in one of the most dynamic areas of Porto, this one bedroom duplex apartment is a short distance from the famous Igreja do Bonfim and you can easily get to the center by foot. Also, with the metro (Heroísmo) 90 meters away, it is also easy to get anywhere in the city in no time. In addition to the fantastic location, this place has the coolest terrace, ideal to drink some Port wine at the end of the day and make your stay a truly memorable one!

The apartment is on the ground floor of a fully renovated building with a modern and contemporary feel.

￫ Bedroom
The apartment has a bedroom with air conditioning and a double bed.

￫ Bathrooms
The apartment has two bathrooms, one with shower and one social.

￫ Living Room
The living room features a flat-screen TV, a sofa, and offers abundant sunlight coming from the terrace.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine (small one, capacity of 3kg), dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, stove and coffee maker (coffee not included).

￫ Terrace
With a pleasant outdoor area to enjoy some Port Wine, the terrace offers a relaxing setting.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
