Brand new Duplex apartment, in a closed condominium with free parking and located in a reference building in Porto. It is on a third floor, with elevator.

￫ Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double bed.

￫ Bathrooms
The apartment has two bathrooms with showers.

￫ Living Room/Dining Area
The living room features modern decor and has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, and a dining table for 4.

￫ Balconies
It also has two balconies, overlooking the front and back of the building, giving you extensive views of this wonderful city!

￫ Kitchenette
The kitchenette is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker (coffee not included).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
