Boavista Garden Studio is 2 km from the famous and historic Bolhão Market. The property is 2 km from Palácio da Bolsa. You will be just 5 minutes walking from the City Center and the iconic São Bento Train Station, Torre dos Clérigos and Livraria Lello. Ribeira is also within convenient walking distance This area, called ''União de Freguesias do Centro'' is an ideal choice for travelers who are interested in these themes: atmosphere, ambience and walking.

If you're arriving by plane from Aeroporto de Lisboa, there are some options to get to the apartment.

￫ Metro
The cheapest way to get to the apartment from the airport is by metro. In 20 or 30 minutes, you will reach the city center by taking the purple line (E). You have to exit at the metro station, called Lapa, which is only a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
The cost of the trip is € 1.85.

→Bus
Lines 601, 602 and 604 link the airport to different areas of the city center. The bus is slower and as expensive as the metro.

→ Car
If you have a rental car, please notice that there's no free parking in the area.
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).

￫ Porto Card
If you are thinking of buying the Porto Card, it is best to buy it at the airport. So you can use it for the metro or bus journey to the city center. From the moment you validate it, you can use it for 24 hours.

Please note that there is no free parking in zone 1 where the apartment is located. The parking hour is € 1.20. There are four price zones, ranging from 0.40 cents to 1.20 euros per hour, and parking is charged Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 15:00. Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
