Luxury seafront apartment La Zenia – Sea Senses
Discover this exclusive beachfront apartment, located on the 1st floor of the most luxurious residential complex in Orihuela Costa: Sea Senses. A unique place that combines breathtaking sea views, high-end amenities, a secure environment, and direct access to the beach.
The view from the apartment is spectacular, and the complex offers a 5-star resort experience, with several swimming pools including a heated one, jacuzzis, fitness centre, sauna, paddle court, multisport field, children’s play areas, and water slides.
The residence has direct access to the Punta Prima promenade. Within walking distance, you’ll find restaurants, bars, beaches, and supermarkets.
A deposit of €50 per person must be paid in cash upon arrival to receive wristbands that grant access to all facilities. It will be returned to you at departure if all wristbands are returned to us.
