I booked the property because it said that “air conditioning “was available. Upon arrival, after checking in, I discovered that there was no air conditioning, only a second rate fan. I communicated this with VRBO several times in the first two days. A reply said that the problem was being addressed with the property and that I would hear something. I did not. It’s summer in Germany and sleeping without air conditioning was very uncomfortable.
