Villa Gaia is a modern, newly built villa of 150 sq.m., located within the exclusive Cavo Lindos Villa Complex, overlooking the stunning Vlycha Bay. Just 2 km from the picturesque village of Lindos, the villa offers breathtaking sea views and unforgettable sunrises from its spacious terrace with a private swimming pool.
Designed on a single level, the villa features three comfortable bedrooms with queen-size beds and three modern bathrooms. The open-plan living area includes a stylish living room and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for a relaxed and comfortable stay.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy the pool area shaded by a pergola, a dining area, and a built-in BBQ—perfect for al fresco meals while taking in the panoramic views. Secure open-air parking is available directly outside the villa. Additionally, there is a private jacuzzi located outside.
Constructed in harmony with traditional Aegean architecture, Villa Gaia is set on a beautiful hillside, combining modern comfort with timeless style and offering truly breathtaking sea views.
The villas are located in the beautiful Vlycha Bay area, within the exclusive Cavo Lindos Villa Complex, just 2 km from the picturesque village of Lindos. The nearest supermarket and local shops can be found within a short drive of approximately 2–3 km, while Vlycha Beach, known for its crystal-clear waters, organized facilities, beach bars, and water sports, is only 1.5–2 km away. Lindos Village offers a wide selection of traditional tavernas, restaurants, cafés, and bars, as well as access to the iconic Acropolis of Lindos, located approximately 3 km from the villas. Diagoras International Airport (RHO) is around 50 km away, with a driving time of about 50–60 minutes. The vibrant Rhodes Town center and the UNESCO-listed Medieval Old Town of Rhodes are approximately 45–50 km away, making them ideal for an easy and rewarding day trip.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
