This apartment is on the first floor of a family house in a quiet area. Beaches and seaside facilities are just a few minutes’ walk. The 110 sqm apartment has three bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed. The simple eat-in kitchen includes fridge, oven, hob, kettle, coffee machine, and a dining table with chairs, opening onto an uncovered terrace with table and chairs. Air conditioning is in the entrance. There is a full bathroom with shower and washing machine, plus a guest bathroom with toilet and sink. A covered terrace at the entrance has a table and benches or chairs. Free Wi-Fi is included, public parking is available in front of the house, and there is an outdoor table in the garden (no barbecue).
