Garajau Sea Side by Atlantic Holiday welcomes you to a comfortable stay in Caniço, Madeira Island. This apartment accommodates up to four guests and offers a pleasant setting for couples, families, or friends wishing to enjoy the island.
The property features two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed, ensuring restful nights. There are two bathrooms: one ensuite with a shower and another with a bathtub. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your convenience.
The open-space kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare meals, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, and the necessary utensils and tableware. A washing machine and hairdryer are also available.
The living area includes a Smart TV with access to a box, and from the balcony you can enjoy wide views over the Atlantic Ocean. An elevator provides easy access to the apartment, and a private parking space is available in the garage.
For families traveling with children, a baby cot and high chair are provided on request. Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 the following morning. Smoking inside the property is not permitted.
The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:
- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
