Fully furnished and equipped luxurious villa situated in the popular area of Kapparis with an array of shops, bars and restaurants and golden sand beaches.
The Villa offers luxury open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and living area with corner sofa, TV and wifi. There is also a guest WC.
The property boasts air conditioning throughout and has a private pool with plenty of sunbathing area with sun loungers. There is a outside dining area with seating for 6 people. The pool and outside dining area are private and not overlooked.
The property offers 3 bedrooms, with the master bedroom having en-suite shower room and there is a further shower room shared between the other 2 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms; one with double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds.
Ideally located within walking distance to bars and restaurants and the bus route to the main Protaras Strip.
Numerous beaches nearby including Firemans Beach, Malama beach and Trinity Beach.
