Casa Maria Bela is a cozy 2-bedroom house in Calheta, perfect for families or small groups, accommodating up to 5 guests. The space combines functionality, comfort, and clean, minimalist décor, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen with peninsula doubles as a dining area and includes all necessary utensils for easy meal preparation. The living area has two armchairs, a side table, and a wall-mounted TV, offering a relaxing spot next to the kitchen.

The house has two bedrooms: a main bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds and an extra pull-out drawer, ideal for children or additional guests. The bathroom features a shower and washing machine, adding convenience throughout your stay.

A small terrace with chairs allows guests to enjoy the outdoors and unwind. The property is perfectly located to explore Calheta and Madeira, with nearby shops, services, and local attractions, while maintaining privacy, comfort, and elegant simplicity.

The best option to get to the house will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION

We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Calheta. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
