Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, es wurde alles erklärt. Die Sicht aufs Mittelmeer ist ein Traum. Das Appartement hat Alles was man braucht. Restaurants und Läden in direkter Nachbarschaft, trotzdem ist es ruhig. Für Kinder super, der Strand ist vor der Tür. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Super

Avis sur notre séjour de 15jours

Les +: Vue mer accès direct à la plage Grandes chambre (2) et séjour spacieux Propriétaire très gentil et à l’écoute de ses locataires Jeu de société à disposition Les -: L’appartement est situé au dessus d’un restaurant de plage très bruyant et plusieurs serveurs du restaurant occupé le logement du rdc surélevé. Les serveurs font énormément de bruits après leur service (fin minuit) jusqu’à 2h du matin. Les livraisons, poubelles, camions désinfection, commencent a 5h Les nuits calmes sont très courte. Le WC n’a pas de débit. La douche est une cabine (personne en surpoids impossible) et difficile de faire écouler le sable quand on rentre de la plage ! Pas de possibilité de rangement dans la salle de bain et peu dans les chambre. Aucune possibilité de rangement (alimentaire, torchons perso…) dans le séjour car le buffet est encombré de vaisselle aux propriétaires (inutile pour des vacances à la plage) Nous avons fait part au propriétaire d’écourter notre séjour et l’avons ainsi réduit à 10jours pour récupérer de l’énergie. Entretien des communs laisse à désirer Porte d’entrée des communs très très sale ( et il faut la pousser plusieurs fois par jours). Présence de cafards dans le chemin entre les deux restaurants du rdc menant à la porte d’entrée de l’immeuble. Logement inapproprié à des enfants en bas âges comme nous en avons Qui doivent faire une sieste ou dormir à 21h.

Tout était parfait la localisation est exceptionnelle faisant le bonheur de mes filles âgées de 5 ans, la plage est immense avec beaucoup d'installation pour les enfants et adolescents. Au pied des commerces et restaurants, glacier, Carrousel. l'appartement est parfait, d'une surface bien suffisante pour une famille de 4, même 5 personnes. la cuisine est très bien équipée avec un lave linge qui permet de ne pas venir avec des montagnes de vêtements. Les propriétaires sont vraiment charmant et à notre écoute. nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci beaucoup

Superbe semaine

L’appartement est très bien situé sur le front de mer de Narbonne plage. L’appartement était propre et dispose d’une vue magnifique sur la Méditerranée. Le seul point à améliorer serait l’agencement de la pièce de vie, où on a du mal à circuler à 4, mais ça reste une appréciation personnelle Merci encore pour votre accueil

Un vrai Appt pour les vacances

Accueil chaleureux, appartement très propre, très bien équipé et entouré de commerces. A 50m vous êtes dans l’eau. Une vue magnifique et panoramique sur la mer.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ; L'appartement est très agréable à vivre avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et accès à la plage en bas de l'appartement. Belle vue sur la mer dans un appartement très bien aménagé

Appartement agréable, avec une vue sur mer imprenable, super bien aménagé, équipements complets, très fonctionnel, excepté la climatisation. Il faut savoir qu'il se trouve dans le centre de Narbonne-plage, au milieu des restaurants, marchés et autres animations. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et nous avons passé une belle semaine.

Appartement idéalement situé, et très très bien équipé

Nous avons passé une super semaine à Narbonne plage. L'appartement est idéalement situé, la vue est splendide, l'appartement est très très bien équipé, on ne manquait de rien. La petite station balnéaire est très agréable, familiale et il y a pleins d activités et animations pour petits et grands. La seule chose qui est importante à préciser dans l'annonce c est que le parking n est pas privé, mais public. Mais à part ça, je conseille cet appartement les yeux fermés. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Narbonne Plage.

Sehr netter Vermieter, hat alles ohne Probleme geklappt. Sehr zentral, alles in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar. Guter Bäcker, Ausgang rechts, rechts in die Hauptstr. auf der anderen Seite. Kleiner Gemüse/Wein Laden (Ausgang rechts, rechts und wieder rechts in kleine Gasse) Guter Wein :-) Markt immer Di, Do, Sa direkt vor der Haustüre. Gerne wieder. Danke Very nice landlord, everything worked without problems. Very central, everything within walking distance. Good bakery, exit right, right into Mainstreet on the other side. Small vegetables / wine shop (exit right, right and right again in small alley) Good wine :-) Market always Tue, Thu, Sat right outside the front door. Gladly again. Thanks

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Narbonne-Plage. La localisation de l'appartement est parfaite pour profiter pleinement de la mer et des activités proposées. Nous pensons déjà à réserver pour nos vacances de l'été prochain, et nous remercions Monsieur et Madame HUC pour leur accueil.

Direkt am Meer ist wunderbar

Uns hat es sehr gefallen direkt am Meer zu sein. Markt 3x der Woche vor der Tür ist sehr praktisch, gute Bäckerei und Supermarkt sehr nah. Man braucht nicht weg fahren, um sich zu verzogen. Die Wohnung ist über einen Restaurant aber es hat uns nicht gestört. Breite Strand. Die Kinder haben bereut keine Inliner mitgenommen zu haben, Fahrradweg am Meer entlang. Abends gibt es in der Hauptsaison einen kleinen Markt. Auch die Stadt Gruissan (12km) hat uns am Abend gefallen. St Pierre (3km) ist auch nett. Carcassone (50min) ist sehenswert.Das Bad ist klein aber ausreichend, sie ist renoviert. Bette sind OK. Wenig Stauplatz im Schrank aber wir hatten nicht so viel dabei. Wohnküche mit Blick auf Meer so schön wie auf die Bilder.Die WLAN Verbindung ist von der Stadt und nur für eine Stunde am Tag möglich. Das hat uns ein bisschen gestört. Genug Parkplätze in der Nähe. Vermieter nett und freundlich.Ich würde die Wohnung empfehlen.
