With 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 9 guests, it’s designed for effortless indoor–outdoor living across sunlit terraces. Guest access
Villa Aroma (1st in line) is part of a private two-villa complex. Each villa enjoys its own private pool and facilities, though please note that some outdoor areas may be overlooked due to the layout of the enclave. Guests have exclusive use of Villa Aroma, with full private access to all indoor and outdoor areas of the property.


External Living | Private Heated Pool , Spa Whirlpool & Children’s Facilities

Villa Aroma unfolds across 500 m² of beautifully designed outdoor space, made for effortless, sun-drenched living—from refreshing morning swims to lingering evenings beneath the stars. Just beside the pool terrace, a 150 m² lawn playground offers a joyful, open-air haven for little ones, perfectly placed for easy supervision while the rest of the terrace invites long, unhurried hours of relaxation. A ping-pong table nearby adds a playful touch for all ages. The terrace is anchored by a remarkable 100m² swimming pool (1.50m depth), perfect for cooling dips throughout the day, with heating available on request (additional fee applies). Little ones have their own 5m² children’s pool, while adults can retreat to the four-seater spa whirlpool with therapeutic hydromassage jets for slow, restorative moments in the open air. Swim beds and sun loungers are positioned around the pool for uninterrupted sunbathing and quiet relaxation. For laid-back dining, the outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with an electric BBQ, sink, fridge, and stove, making long lunches and sunset suppers effortless. Generous lounging areas complete the setting—an atmosphere of gentle recreation, comfort, and togetherness that defines the Villa Aroma outdoor experience.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy :
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 100 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available


Internal Living | Beds&Baths
With tranquil views over the private pool, Villa Aroma's interiors pair refined aesthetics with an inviting sense of ease, ideal for family gatherings and time well spent together. Spanning 250m², the villa offers four elegantly styled bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. At the heart of the home, an expansive living room flows into a fully equipped kitchen, creating a natural setting for shared meals, slow mornings, and relaxed evenings. A dedicated playroom adds a lively retreat for younger guests and includes a sofa that can accommodate an additional guest, while a private gym supports wellness routines in complete comfort. An extra WC on the lower floor further enhances day-to-day convenience. Villa Aroma sleeps up to eight guests in real beds, with flexible accommodation for one additional guest on the playroom sofa, ensuring restful nights for everyone. With its thoughtful balance of style, space, and functionality, the villa is beautifully suited to immersive family stays, multigenerational escapes, or a serene retreat with close companions.
