Please return the keys in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost keys will be charged at a rate of £150 per key.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of £1000 for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
