Semi-detached house in a green and quiet area of Lignano Pineta, only 250mt from the beach. Our lovely house features a small patio with a fireplace, and a private portion of garden (not fenced). The space consists of a living/dining room with a single sofa bed, a separate kitchen corner, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk bed, and a full bathroom with shower. Amenities: washing machine, and one uncovered parking space. It can accommodate 4-5 guests.
