The villa offers five romantically styled bedrooms and has been thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. The elegant interior spans two floors, combining comfort, style, and functionality.

The ground floor features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. This level also includes two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) and a double sofa bed (140 × 200 cm), suitable for two additional guests. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV, and direct access to the terrace.

Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm), private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and direct access to a balcony overlooking the courtyard.

The outdoor area is designed for complete enjoyment. A covered terrace with a dining table, charcoal barbecue, and gas grill creates the perfect setting for al fresco dining. The highlight of the property is the 32 m2 private swimming pool, which can be heated for an additional fee. Six comfortable sun loungers and a spacious sun deck provide a private oasis for relaxation.

For entertainment, guests can enjoy table tennis, table soccer, a PlayStation, and a children’s playground, ensuring fun for all ages. The villa is fully air-conditioned, offers free Wi-Fi, and the completely enclosed property provides spacious private parking.
