The open floor plan gives the cabin an open and airy feeling.  The living room is complete with sofa, love seat, mini Foosball table, TV with Roku and Streaming Spectrum App and a cozy wood burning fireplace for those chilly winter nights.  The dining area has room for six.  The kitchen has been updated in a quaint cottage style with granite counters, gas range, microwave, dishwasher and coffee pot.  Just around the corner is the washer and dryer and access to the back yard and covered patio where you can store all your winter adventure gear.

Head through the back hallway where you will find a full bathroom and three bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a king bed, TV with Roku and Streaming Spectrum App, private 3/4 bathroom and access to the back deck where you will find the hot tub.  The second bedroom has a queen and TV with Roku and Streaming Spectrum App.  The last bedroom has two twin beds and TV with Roku and Streaming Spectrum App.

If the outdoors is where you want to spend your time, you can take your pick of the front covered porch or the back deck with seating, the propane barbecue, a nice yard for kids to explore and the hot tub.

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
