Spacious and comfortable apartment located just 800 mt from the center of Umag, on the first floor of a family house. It features a large covered terrace, and the beach is within a few minutes’ walk (approximately 1200 mt). This bright 78 m² apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and an additional bed. The bathroom is spacious and includes a washing machine. The living area is large and equipped with a sofa, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a dining table with six chairs. From the living room, you can access the furnished covered terrace with table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, 4-burner gas stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer, extractor hood, Moka pot, and all necessary cookware, tableware, and utensils for a comfortable stay. Guests have access to free parking in the fenced courtyard. The shared garden and barbecue area behind the house are also available for use.
