The Space:
Space has been beautifully appointed with all modern amenities. Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is outfitted with coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots pans dishes, utensils etc. There is a washer and dryer as well as hair dryer and iron.

Beautiful rooftop deck with amazing views of downtown. Access to gym.
The Neighborhood:
Loft is situated a few blocks from Convention Center/Bartle Hall, Power & Light District, Sprint Center and River Market. The KC Streetcar that is free to ride is a short walk and will take you to River Market, Union Station, Crown Center with stops along downtown. 9 miles from Arrowhead Stadium and KC Royals Stadium.
Getting Around:
If you have a vehicle; here are your parking options:
1. There is paid 2 hr parking on the street M-F from 7am-6pm. Rate is .25cents per 15 minutes. It is free from 6pm to 7am and on weekends, Saturday and Sunday, you can park all day without having to move. All other street parking times are 2 hours paid parking. You can pay on the app Park KC, pay by text KC6315 to 53242 or pay at the nearest Kiosk. More ways to pay listed on the sign. Kansas City has updated the parking ordinance throughout the city *Please always follow the instructions on the posted parking signs.
2. There is paid parking on the lot next to the building. It is the 2nd driveway past the front door. The sign to the entrance says MIDCON MNGMT- PERMIT PARKING ONLY. There is a sign under the tree with a QR Code. You can pay for parking by scanning the QR code, entering your license plate number. You can choose an hourly option or per 24hrs for $10.00. There is usually plenty of parking.
3. Downtown Central Library garage is on 10th St. and Baltimore. They charge by the hour with a max of $10 per day. Address to the library is 14 West 10th St.
Other Things to Note:
Loft is fully stocked with all bedding, towels, shampoo, soap etc. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender etc. We provide you with coffee, creamer etc.! Free Wi-Fi!

Everything was clean and wonderfully located. We were attending a major tournament and being four minutes away from the venue was perfect. The kitchen is a wonderful size where I was able to cook almost forty breakfast wraps to deliver to our team. Transportation works as well when getting to the zoo or other locations. Everything you need is within a 14 minute walk.
We had an amazing stay at this downtown KC loft, easily a 10/10 experience. The location couldn’t be better: everything we wanted to do was within walking distance, and being so close to the streetcar made getting around even easier. The space itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable.One standout detail? The sheets were unbelievably soft, seriously some of the best sleep I’ve had away from home. It’s those little touches that made the stay feel extra special. On top of that, the service was fantastic, responsive, friendly, and clearly attentive to guest experience.If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy spot in Kansas City, this loft is a no-brainer. I’d absolutely stay here again.

The apartment was awesome! Very clean and plenty of room for our 6 people. The managers were very quick to respond. Great location! Parking…….the building does not have designated parking, but we parked in the lot by the building and were fine. We will definitely stay here again!
This was our second year staying at a Cozy KC rental. They will continue to be our go-to for trips to KC. Great hosts, excellent communication, not only about the particulars of the rental but also about things to do and where to go while you're there. The location of this loft was perfect for our downtown stay! The loft offered all the amenities you need! 5 stars!

This was a great place to stay. It was just as it was listed, it was clean and inviting after a long day at a conference. There was great communication to make sure that I had everything that I needed. Additionally, the rooftop patio was a great place to work a little and unwind. I will definitely stay here again next time I am traveling to Kansas City.
