It features a pleasant terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun. Living room with TV and direct access to the terrace. Kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils, including: silverware, pans, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher.

The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom; the second bedroom has two beds; and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. There is also a second bathroom.

Garage included in the price.

Pets are allowed only upon prior request and for an additional fee.

Reservations from guests under 35 years of age are not accepted.

Arrival time: 4:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. At the office, we will provide you with the necessary information and directions to get to the apartment/houses.
*If you arrive when the office is closed, you must notify the agency to arrange for key pickup.

If you arrive on SUNDAY, the office is ONLY open in the morning, from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.; after that time, it will be closed.

***IMPORTANT: If you arrive outside of office hours, please notify us before your arrival, and we will provide you with a code to access the keys and a map to the apartment or house.
In this case, you must pay the full amount of the reservation before your arrival. The local agency is not responsible for any issues that may arise while the office is closed until it reopens. We only offer the option to pick up the keys for the client’s convenience.

CHECK-OUT FROM THE APARTMENT/HOUSE:
The keys must be returned to the same office where they were picked up
You must vacate the apartment/house by 10:00 a.m.

PETS:
If you plan to bring pets, you must inform the agency at the time of booking, as you must obtain permission from the owner; if permission is granted, you must pay an additional fee of
35 euros per week

MAXIMUM CAPACITY:
Each apartment or house has a maximum occupancy specified and detailed on the website. It is not possible to exceed this capacity; that is, there cannot be more people than the number indicated for each accommodation. If the number of guests increases during the stay or part of it, you must notify the agency to avoid misunderstandings and to confirm whether this is possible.

Sheets and towels are not included. They can be rented at the office with advance notice. Additional cost: €8 per person for sheets and €8 per person for towels.

The house does not have Wi-Fi; you can rent a device at the office (Additional cost: €50 per week).
