The 1st floor is consists of a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen corner, a complete bathroom with a shower box, and a balcony. The 2nd floor is composed of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a second bathroom with a shower box, and a balcony. Ideal for up to six guests. The property is equipped with a washing machine, TV-sat, Wi-Fi, A/C, and a garage.

°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary between residences and due to weather or maintenance.
