Bright and airy apartment on two floors. When you rent this holiday apartment in Løkken, you will not lack space - it is a total of 167 m² spread over two floors. The lower floor (on the 1st floor) contains a large kitchen/dining room, a bright bathroom and the possibility of two extra beds. The living room is integrated into the large room, where walls do not minimize the light or airiness. It is also on this floor that you can access the large terrace, where you can sunbathe when the weather permits. On the upper floor there are two large, bright bedrooms and a lovely bathroom. Løkken's holiday atmosphere radiates from all windows! The holiday apartment is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed.Important note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same reservation year. • A refundable deposit may be required before arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. Final charges will be based on actual usage, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days of check-out. • Lost items will be returned for a postage fee plus a handling fee of DKK 150. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. • Keys are collected and returned via the on-site key box. • Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to rent the property. Smoking is prohibited. • Utilities are charged according to usage and are not included
