The location of the flat is ideal for visiting all attractions and cultural points of the city. The center is at walking distance (10 minutes) , the new promenade, the old promenade, the white tower, the archeological museum, the universities, the folk art museum, 10 minutes walk to Helexpo and the Concert Hall. All bus lines are passing very frequently under the house, so is really easy to move around daytime and night time. Also is very easily connected to the airport by bus.

All rooms have fan ventilation and central air condition. The apartment is really luminous and fresh protected from direct sun light. Is 15 minutes walk to the white tower and major sites, university museums the international fair is very near. Connection to the airport is very easy as the buses stop opposite to the house. Ideal for five star accommodation for small to medium groups can also be very comfortable for larger groups.

This is one of the best living areas in Thessaloniki. Is just by the center at the new waterfront. Just 100 meters from the water and the park. Few meters from the hotel Macedonia Palace, the best hotel in the city. Is ideal for Walking at the parks, by the sea, exploring the center and all sites of interests. (museums, universities and Helexpo are at walking distance). Big super market, open street market on Mondays, bakery, bank and corner stores just opposite to the flat.

The flat is located in the most serviced area with regards to public transportation. Main bus lines to all directions (including airport and train station, and the near by beaches) are passing under the house.
Parking is easy and free in small streets just under the house.
The house is just 100 meters from the water front where there are many parks for walks by the sea on the promenade.
