Villa La Bella Vida offers an elegant and contemporary retreat in the charming coastal enclave of Binibeca. Designed with comfort and sophistication in mind, this beautifully appointed 180-square-metre villa is the perfect haven for families or groups of up to six guests seeking a relaxed yet stylish holiday on the island of Menorca.



The interior comprises three well-furnished bedrooms, including a master suite with a double bed and two additional bedrooms each offering twin beds. There are three modern bathrooms – two with bathtubs and one with a shower – providing both convenience and privacy for all guests. The open-plan kitchen is fully fitted with high-spec appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, and a range of cookware, ideal for preparing home-cooked meals.



Villa La Bella Vida is fully air-conditioned and benefits from a heat pump, ensuring year-round comfort. The spacious living areas flow seamlessly to the outdoor spaces, where guests can enjoy a generous 1,500-square-metre garden complete with a private 8x4-metre swimming pool, mountain and pool views, a 30-square-metre furnished terrace, and a built-in barbecue – the perfect setting for al fresco dining and leisure.



Situated just 500 metres from local amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and public transport, and only 1 kilometre from both sandy and rocky beaches, the villa’s location is ideal for exploring the natural beauty and relaxed rhythm of Binibeca.



Pets are welcome at this property (maximum one), subject to a surcharge of €100 per booking. Baby cots and high chairs are available upon request at €50 per item per booking, while pool towels may be hired at €2 per night and a bed guard at €2.15 per night. Additional services such as fans (€2 per night), maid service (€25 per hour), and a food pack (€50) may also be arranged to enhance the stay.



Included in the rental price are air conditioning, internet access, bed linen and towels (with weekly changes), final cleaning, and open-air parking for two vehicles. The property also benefits from complimentary WiFi and four televisions. Please note that this accommodation does not accept groups of young people under the age of 25.



A refundable security deposit of €500 is required per booking and will be held by credit card with the final payment. The property is registered under the licence number ET 2382 ME.
